This is a SCAM! All the time I booked, the car is either missing or booked by someone else! Worse, I have subscribe to it and must pay for 6 month! With such inaccurate booking system, how do I even use it without problem?! Lastly, I called to check on the booking, NOBODY answers my call and hang up automatically after 10 mins! This is the worse car sharing system!

Could not find car just last week, even in 2025! The system allowed me to reserve/rent a car and immediately started charging, but there was no car at the lot.

The app does not allow you to cancel the reservation if you're not at the physical car to plug it into the parking lot. So I can't cancel my reservation. Nobody picked up when I called the hotline. Charged some 10 hours later for $150, good thing I blocked my credit card.

Called the support staff the next day - they can't access the system to void your reservation, takes time for the 'system' to generate invoice and they claimed they will attempt to process and refunds later. Email support system started replying garbage to my email. I can't seem to be able to terminate my account.

Total waste of time, don't bother.

Terrible Car Rental Experience

Frustrating rental experience with BlueSG. Despite reserving a parking lot in advance, I arrived to find no available spaces. Calling their hotline was another nightmare—long wait times wasted both my minutes and money. To make matters worse, I ended up paying for parking out of my own pocket due to their season parking issues. When I contacted their customer service, they directed me to email them for reimbursement, till this day I never received any refund. They’ll simply ignore your email. It used to be so much better when they gave instant refund after the rental by either giving a time-off voucher for next rental or by waiving of the rental minutes.

Use at your own risk, you’ll end up wasting more time and money. Just read the other reviews and you’ll know what I mean.

BlueSG! Can you please cancel my reservation!! This car that I had reserved was not even in the parking lot stated! It’s been 6hrs! Countless emails! Chat bot service provider has gone Missing-In-Action!! There were 2 instances where the I was assisted by “Nino” and “Maria” and then the went AWOL! No response! Worst service recovery!

BlueSG is the worst rental ever!

I couldn’t find my car at the said location and while i was about to cancel my reservation i accidentally pressed rent and when i tried to end reservation i still cannot end it. Customer service is 24/7 but you staff are worst ever. Not even 1 helped came by.

I still have an ongoing charges which the car i wasn’t even driving.

The booking and the parked car is different!! Think again before you trying to reserved bluesg car. Your customer service sucks!!
