Could not find car just last week, even in 2025! The system allowed me to reserve/rent a car and immediately started charging, but there was no car at the lot.
The app does not allow you to cancel the reservation if you're not at the physical car to plug it into the parking lot. So I can't cancel my reservation. Nobody picked up when I called the hotline. Charged some 10 hours later for $150, good thing I blocked my credit card.
Called the support staff the next day - they can't access the system to void your reservation, takes time for the 'system' to generate invoice and they claimed they will attempt to process and refunds later. Email support system started replying garbage to my email. I can't seem to be able to terminate my account.
Total waste of time, don't bother.
