Terrible Car Rental Experience

Frustrating rental experience with BlueSG. Despite reserving a parking lot in advance, I arrived to find no available spaces. Calling their hotline was another nightmare—long wait times wasted both my minutes and money. To make matters worse, I ended up paying for parking out of my own pocket due to their season parking issues. When I contacted their customer service, they directed me to email them for reimbursement, till this day I never received any refund. They’ll simply ignore your email. It used to be so much better when they gave instant refund after the rental by either giving a time-off voucher for next rental or by waiving of the rental minutes.

Use at your own risk, you’ll end up wasting more time and money. Just read the other reviews and you’ll know what I mean.
