BlueSG is the worst rental ever!

I couldn’t find my car at the said location and while i was about to cancel my reservation i accidentally pressed rent and when i tried to end reservation i still cannot end it. Customer service is 24/7 but you staff are worst ever. Not even 1 helped came by.

I still have an ongoing charges which the car i wasn’t even driving.

The booking and the parked car is different!! Think again before you trying to reserved bluesg car. Your customer service sucks!!
