Worst CA EVER.
I gave u advance payment on 26th May for rs 10000/- and I sent you my financial statement and reports for itr filing. Since that day you never even checked my documents(maybe once to ask for more documents) . Neither asked for my itr ID and password. Never bothered to ask for any more detailsor clarification. Never bothered to pick up my calls. Never asked for clarification. You only replied 'don't worry'.
Never did you ask an educated question. I'm sorry tos ay this but Sometimes I used to wonder if I'm dealing with a CA or some office boy who works at some ca's office.
Like this 3 months went by. It was only a week away from the due date, i.e. 30th Sept, you still had the same attitude, neither did I get any hint that you have even given 10 mints to my return filing nor did u behaved any different. The way you have dealt with my case has been worse than pathetic. With only 3-4 days left, for due date I decided to find another CA. You never bothered to ask what is worng and why I decided to change the CA. You behaved like you wanted this to happen. Even now you are not responding to any of my calls or texts and don't have the slightest sense of decency. You took my money and you did not perform the service you were supposed to neither did you return it when u didnot. My new CA completed my returns on 2 days where you took more than 4 months. Don't accept clients when you don't want to do any work.
I had to call from my other number because you were not picking up and you said 'pareshan mat karo'.
For your kind information you are the one who's doing the harrasing and this situation would never have occurred if you were a bit more professional.
