I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent experience I had with your customer service regarding my mobile phone.
During my visit, I noticed that the staff did not thoroughly check the device but instead recommended replacing several parts. It felt as though there was undue influence to pay for services, despite my device being under warranty. This experience raised concerns about the quality and integrity of the service provided to customers.
I believe that thorough diagnostics and transparent communication are essential to maintaining customer trust. I kindly request that you review this service approach to ensure that customers receive fair treatment and appropriate support for their devices.

Literally Worst Service Center opss Not service Center Its just collection point they don't provide any service and asking for 1 week time for just minor issue & they don't even know there other Service center address or number after asking for other service center add they just telling to google and go there better to visit dombivali or thane.
I had good experience in Service center. My handset moto g62 5g had a dust problem in camera. I showed them and they promised to solve an hour and they did it and another device I had submitted them at same day noisebud vs102 which have sound problem in right side earbud. I didn't have tax invoice for same that's why I couldn't claim warranty for same. I didn't knew procedure for same.But reception both madams and a guy help to how to take tax invoice as I am ordered on Flipkart and called customer care i got tax invoice. Initially I unable to download tax invoice in from Flipkart.I just make small mistake I order product on Flipkart 6 months back and by another sim no. And right now using another one. I just insert old one sim and opend Flipkart app and login with old no. And that's it I got tax invoice and able to claim warranty. Thnx for support.

Came here all the way from Dombivli.
They made me wait. Asked me to fill up the form and later told me to go to Thane. All they said was, We don’t service Or open Lenovo Tab here.
Lenovo Dombivli Service center told me to go to Kalyan as they don’t service Tabs or Mobiles but only laptops. And here they asked me to go to Kalyan.
Shut it if you don’t value your customer’s time.
