Contacted them thru email about a vintage bracelet that no other watchmaker I went to could resize. They replued quickly and I was told that they can check but they can't promise anything.

Dropped by their office, the receptionist was very helpful, and in the end, they fixed my bracelet and it cost me less than $10.

I'm very satisfied with their customer service, I would definitely recommend if your Seiko needs repair or servicing.
