Contacted them thru email about a vintage bracelet that no other watchmaker I went to could resize. They replued quickly and I was told that they can check but they can't promise anything.
Dropped by their office, the receptionist was very helpful, and in the end, they fixed my bracelet and it cost me less than $10.
I'm very satisfied with their customer service, I would definitely recommend if your Seiko needs repair or servicing.
Walked in to the shop to get my watch strap extended. Owned this watch for more than 10 years. To my surprise, they have the original part for it. Paid about low $20s on it.
The staff is friendly, the place is spacious.
I suggest the management can consider displaying more watches for waiting clients to look around. Who knows we might be itched to get one 😉
Prepare your receipts and check warranty certificate and dates before coming over.
Call them first to check if possible.
My seiko automatic watch had some problems operating… However, I fixed it by myself after setting the clock dial between 4pm to 8pm and shake/“wind” it… then it worked as good as new 🙏🏻
Came over to ask Ms Annie for help on how to wind and operate my Seiko watch. She was so patient and guided me throughout!! I didn’t come for any repair service but Ms Annie was amazing still and helped me so much. She is an asset for Thong Sia. Keep up the good work, Annie!
