Svenson Hair @ International Building

I recently tried the at Svenson Orchard and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! My hair has never felt so soft and healthy. The treatment not only repaired my damaged hair but also gave it a beautiful shine that I've never been able to achieve with other products. The staff (Lynn, Erica, Bell, Ting) was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel pampered throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking to revitalize their hair! :)

IG promo and booked a FREE bespoke hair scalp treatment. Reply v prompt and helpful by Carol. Went for it today. Place is very clean and lovely w soothing spa music and promptly attended to. Very lovely 1st impression. Consultation was by hair consultant and not trichologist. Anna was friendly and helpful and Ericka's service is 5 Star. Every step is clearly explained and constantly check that her pressure is comfortable and water pressure is comfortable. Her massage and large curls blow dry is on point ! Treatment is pampering. I paid extra $48 and $68 for myself and my daughter to enhance treatment as recommended as I felt I I don't then the whole free treatment will not benefit at all. No hard selling as promised. Gave 4 instead of 5 stars as although everything was good, I felt there is stil a tactic of advert as free but at consultation they will still make you pay for additional $48 or $68 to maximize treatment although it's not a must but they make it sound that way. I would rather they charge a flat of eg $48 and give a true experience. Treatment rooms are small but adequate just that they are literally cramped together with sliding partitions and every word from staff to customers can be heard v clearly, reception space is so large and elegant but behind the nice facade consultation room is stuffy, treatment room is very small. If I have to pay average of $400 for each treatment. Their facilities does not match the price of few thousand dollars package I have to pay. They serve water or tea but cups and glass should upgrade as they are old and my greentea was served without cover. Overall still a good experience and thank you Anna and Ericka 👍👍

It started with a 30-minute consultation + waiting. Kat scanned my scalp with a sort of blue light to identify some clogs(?) in my follicles, before recommending a $68-per-session package that would more specifically target the issues she had identified and product promotions. (Prices shared are before GST.) She was professional in her conduct and there was no hard-selling - just recommendations and I got to decide what I wanted without pressure. I went ahead with just the free treatment, which took about 15-20 minutes. It included hair wash, a high frequency device, application of anti hair loss solution, and a scalp, head and shoulder massage.

Appreciate the sharing and professionalism! Will recommend for anyone seeking some preliminary advice.
