IG promo and booked a FREE bespoke hair scalp treatment. Reply v prompt and helpful by Carol. Went for it today. Place is very clean and lovely w soothing spa music and promptly attended to. Very lovely 1st impression. Consultation was by hair consultant and not trichologist. Anna was friendly and helpful and Ericka's service is 5 Star. Every step is clearly explained and constantly check that her pressure is comfortable and water pressure is comfortable. Her massage and large curls blow dry is on point ! Treatment is pampering. I paid extra $48 and $68 for myself and my daughter to enhance treatment as recommended as I felt I I don't then the whole free treatment will not benefit at all. No hard selling as promised. Gave 4 instead of 5 stars as although everything was good, I felt there is stil a tactic of advert as free but at consultation they will still make you pay for additional $48 or $68 to maximize treatment although it's not a must but they make it sound that way. I would rather they charge a flat of eg $48 and give a true experience. Treatment rooms are small but adequate just that they are literally cramped together with sliding partitions and every word from staff to customers can be heard v clearly, reception space is so large and elegant but behind the nice facade consultation room is stuffy, treatment room is very small. If I have to pay average of $400 for each treatment. Their facilities does not match the price of few thousand dollars package I have to pay. They serve water or tea but cups and glass should upgrade as they are old and my greentea was served without cover. Overall still a good experience and thank you Anna and Ericka 👍👍
