I have ordered a TV from your app wide order no.215780341 which was delivered yesterday on 03.12.2024. I have unboxed tv in presence of your technician which found broken. Which is very disappointing. I would like to cancel my order and require refund in source mode of payment. Your prompt action will be highly appreciated. I had also word with merchant who said he will only replaced internal parts which is not acceptable. I had paid for new TV hence required new one only else refund will be a first priority.
