I have bought I phone from Shop Clues that was faulty screen was not getting on after opening sealed box. They don't reply your mails almost from last one month i am chasing for my return Still pending worst services and their is no direct customer number you have to only wait for their replies on mail.
Worst services your money will block complete mental harassment. Worst after sales services. Still struggling to get my money back.

I have ordered a TV from your app wide order no.215780341 which was delivered yesterday on 03.12.2024. I have unboxed tv in presence of your technician which found broken. Which is very disappointing. I would like to cancel my order and require refund in source mode of payment. Your prompt action will be highly appreciated. Attaching invoice/photo/video of unboxing of TV for your ready reference.

I had also word with merchant who said he will only replaced internal parts which is not acceptable. I had paid for new TV hence required new one only else refund will be a first priority.
