It was a wonderful experience, even though I didn’t manage to get my issue resolved immediately, but Belle tried her best and goes the extra miles to try to expedite the case for me.

Signed up for the Life Planning session and I highly recommend this service! I definitely took away much from the session with Belle - way more than the information I found on the Legacy Planning website.
Having read up on the basic information from the website before coming, Belle shared with me the key differences on the various nominations - CPF, LPA, ACP, and My Legacy Vault. She was patient with taking on my questions and giving me real-life examples to illustrate her point. Even when I asked about AMD which was outside the scope of what she was intending to cover, she helped me to understand the difference between AMD and ACP. I also learnt about some considerations I should make, and which of the 4 should be my immediate priorities to sort out. All in all, super helpful 1 hour!
I live in the other end of the island and had to go all the way to Tampines. It's well worth my time but I wish we have such services near my area as well, so that I can have my family attend this.
I had to go to service SG because my whole bag, including wallet, hp, I/C, etc was lost in Jurong mall. Thanks to the staff at Serangoon CC, I found out that Service SG could help me.
On 5 March 2025 at 9.20 am, I went to Service SG Centre Our Tampines Hub. A staff, Ms Letchimi, approached me and she greeted me with such a welcoming smile. I knew that this was the right place for me as I could sense the kindness in her heart. I explained to her my problem, she gave me another sweet, empathetic smile and told me that she could help me reset my SingPass password. Thank you, Ms Letchimi, for bringing some peace of mind to me. Ms Letchimi informed me that the next staff could help me with my I/C replacement. She got me a number and I was referred to Mr Anderson.
Mr Anderson is very empathetic and kind. I can even say that he is the epitome of PR. He spoke to me like a good friend and I appreciated that. Mr Anderson is a patient listener and excellent conversationalist. I told him that he should be in charge of training PR personnel but he prefers to serve the public. Truly, I can say that Mr Anderson serves with his heart. Indeed, he has a very rare but necessary trait for his line of work.
