I was a little frustrated for not receiving my parcel due to getting an unforeseen bill. Thankfully the warehouse person contacted me about the parcel. I tried to make payment online but it didn’t work and customer service did not get back to me even after a couple of days. A huge shout out to Mark for his patience and great help in allowing me to get my payment done and getting the delivery done in time too. Appreciate it!

Still not got a reply from customer service, would recommend looking into that.
