Had a horrible experience with them on WhatsApp chat. Firstly, the waiting time taken to reach an actual customer service agent took awhile, before I finally got one, named Mary, at 3:49pm. She replied to my query, but she took a long time to answer a simple question. I just needed help to retrieve my username, which the UPS website states that I need to enter my email address. I did so, but the retrieval email failed to come through, even after several tries. Which led me to reach out to the customer service agent. She was of no help at all, replying in broken English, and incomplete sentences. This is my first experience with their customer service, and I think they have created an impression with this single incident. When I tried to clarify what her response meant, she simply ended the chat after some time, without further responding at all. How rude is that.

At the end of the day, I did not receive any help from the agent at all. I am still logged out of my own account.
