The tracking system said I need to provide them how to access building security when it literally intercom there with instructions of how to use intercom to get access.
I kid you not I even saw a toddler access building by themselves.
I also asking condo security camera if anyone attempted felivery or not.
Guess what no one come.
Absolutely no UPS delivery person came
