This is from the perspective of someone who worked in the premises.

Long story short, all I did was investigate undelivered packages and resend them out as quickly as possible to prevent unnecessary delays. Co-workers are nice, but some of them have a habit of delegating too many tasks to me, which hinders my productivity and quota in resending.

In some cases, I was too busy doing another task not knowing a customer is rushing me saying they want the package delivered as they need it urgently, and I got hurled at even when I'm clearly not the one who attempted delivery!

Was hectic at first, but overall, customer interaction was fun, even managed to make some of them laugh which clearly made my day. But I do wish the company itself hires enough people to prevent overworking and to keep the number of recent bad Google reviews to a minimum.
