My order had 3 packages total. 2 packages were delivered to my house when I wasn’t home after I requested (and they confirmed) the rescheduled delivery. The last package was delayed time and time again and WhatsApp live chat was absolutely useless, no response after an hour and the chat automatically ended. Was asked to rate the chat, tried to rate it 0 but chatbot went “Oops, I'm afraid I can't help you with that right now. I'm still learning as I go, but please choose any options below.”
