C G Motors - Hyundai Service

Pravin, Sujit and Atmaram are very cooperative. The insurance claim process was well coordinated.The quality of work done is superb and delivery of vehicle was done as committed. I am very happy about the overall experience.
I used to send my previous Hyundai car and now Creta for any to C.G.Moters and they are giving very good service for last 12 years.

Initially thanks to Mr. Manesh khamkar from. CG motors for providing appointment for car servicing. On arrival at service station car was inspected thoroughly each and every sections of car was checked and advised for improvement and explained. Proper servicing carried out with final car washing and polishing. Overall job was excellent and to satisfaction. Thanks once again for cooperation and getting service done within the stipulated time frame as given during initial inspection.

I went there because my Elantra's engine LED was lit. There's this guy named Swapnil. He scanned my car, and everything was fine. There were no charges. I am impressed with Hyundai.😁
Wanna revisit the service centre if my Eeluu allows 😂😂😂.

Worst experience!
Went to service my creta and later realised the prices for everything was high as compare to other service centres and they suggest you to change the entire parts even if it is working smooth and when you ask if it is necessary they reply in very unprofessional manner “ apko krna hai toh karao sir mera kya” won’t recommend at all, they are very unprofessional especially staff named Manish.

None of the service advisors arrived before 10:30 AM, so I had to wait for over an hour before anyone could attend to me. The workflow here is very slow, and to make matters worse, there's no proper customer lounge available while you wait. Overall, my experience was below average, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
