Worst company to work!!!!
They have under experienced Team leaders who sends escalation emails even if you are going to bathroom break they are incredibly restrictive since they are under experience and they have zero knowledge of handling team and they demonstrate a complete disregard for employees well being. If you get sick at your work place and you go home in your shift time they will mark leave without pay. Worst management. Pathetic managers they never listen to their employees. Never work even if they will provide you 100% hike. They will torture your mental health I bet.

Learning opportunities are abundant, with mentorship programs, workshops, and certifications.
A friendly and supportive work environment where seniors and managers guide freshers well. At The Tech Mahindra trainer and manager Ujjawal Naman sir and Sachin dhondiyal sir are very helpful and supportive especially for freshers.
Interview Experience at Tech Mahindra (A6, Sector 64, Noida)
I recently went for an interview at Tech Mahindra’s office located in A6, Sector 64, Noida, and I must say it was a very disappointing experience. I was interviewed by a person named Vinni (I believe she is from the HR team), and her behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude.
From the very beginning, she came across as arrogant and dismissive. There was a complete lack of courtesy and basic communication etiquette. As a candidate, one expects a fair and respectful interaction, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. Her tone and attitude were unnecessarily harsh, making the whole experience uncomfortable and discouraging.
An HR representative is supposed to reflect the values and culture of the organization, but in this case, it felt like the opposite. Such behavior not only disrespects the time and effort of the candidates but also tarnishes the image of a reputed company like Tech Mahindra.
I sincerely hope the management takes note of this and addresses the issue. No candidate should have to go through such a negative experience. Constructive feedback and respectful communication should be the bare minimum during any professional interaction, especially in interviews.
Very poor experience overall.
The company has a substantial infrastructure and has expanded significantly in Noida, with multiple departments. However, some of these departments exhibit rudeness when interacting with end users and clients. Their lack of gratitude negatively impacts the company’s image.
I recommend that management provide training for departments such as Gate Security, the TIM team, and the Assets team, as they interact with employees on a daily basis. The company is fulfilling its responsibilities, but the individuals responsible for these roles are not meeting their obligations as they should.
