Sorry for giving 2 stars. I like your shop and have bought jewelry here many times. However, today I was very disappointed with the behavior of one of your staff. I believe she is a Malaysian lady. I politely requested an offer, and instead of refusing politely, she responded arrogantly. If she had any doubts, she could have asked another staff member. Keeping such staff could damage your shop’s reputation. Please consider training her on customer service, and encourage her to read books like The Psychology of Selling or how to treat customeror The Science of Selling to better understand how to treat customers
