GRT Jewellers, Singapore

GRT Jewelers is always close to heart for our family, be it in Chennai or Singapore. I always had a pleasant experience in Singapore and the staffs are very friendly and passionate. They always show the designs to our liking and the choice of selection is quite good always. On top of the modern day jewelry, they also have a good collection of traditional designs. Deva Sir and Ravi Sir are quite friendly, I am sure most / all of the regular buyers are visiting the shop only because of them. I personally had dealt a lot with Deva, a very nice and soft spoken person. Always goes extra mile to serve us and makes sure we step out of the shop with utmost sense of satisfaction. Selvam is another friendly and senior staff in GRT Singapore and he is very knowledgeable and helpful senior staff. Thanks Deva, Ravi, Selvam and all the other friendly staffs in GRT Singapore!!!

Sorry for giving 2 stars. I like your shop and have bought jewelry here many times. However, today I was very disappointed with the behavior of one of your staff. I believe she is a Malaysian lady. I politely requested an offer, and instead of refusing politely, she responded arrogantly. If she had any doubts, she could have asked another staff member. Keeping such staff could damage your shop’s reputation. Please consider training her on customer service, and encourage her to read books like The Psychology of Selling or how to treat customeror The Science of Selling to better understand how to treat customers

Had a fantastic experience at GRT Jewellers, thanks to Mr. Deva. Initially, we weren’t satisfied with the available designs, but after selecting one from the pamphlet, he arranged for it to be imported within 10 days. To our delight, he also presented us with even more new designs, making our shopping experience truly satisfying. His customer service was exceptional, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable process. Got my nose pins here. I was quoted 3~4 times more at another store for a similar stuffs😵‍💫 Was super happy that I found this store! Favorite souvenir from Singapore. The price was really reasonable and staffs were super kind. Definitely coming back again

Ornament collection are good if you are looking for Asian Culture.
Staff assistance and behaviour are good. Price and ambiance wise also good.
I had been here many times, got satisfied on each visit.
Would recommend it if you are looking for South Asian choice...
