I recently visited the Casio Service Center at what I believe is their new location, and I must say, the experience was excellent. The new office is much nicer and more welcoming, which I believe benefits both the staff working there and the customers coming in for service.

The highlight of my visit was the service lady who assisted me. She was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely listened to the issue I had with my watch. Her professionalism and pleasant demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Overall, it was a very pleasant visit, and I left feeling confident that my concerns were heard and addressed. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing Casio services.
