This is the most awesome experience I've ever had - especially with post sales services. Almost - actually already probably above and beyond Amazon (what I used to consider the "gold standard" in customer service.)
Siva at the front desk is cheerful and full of joy and was very helpful in clarifying my concerns.
The technicians working dutifully behind the scene to change my battery and ensure it's shock/water proof also deserve awards for being so quick and agile. Everything was done within what felt like half an hour. Writing this review probably took longer! I even got my old battery and rubber gusket back for keepsakes! What a treat.
If you're in Singapore, please buy from casio and casio authorized dealers to avail yourself to their full suite of post sales service.
Thank you casio. My mother may be wrong about many things, but she got her watch right (she stills buys me casio watches to this day) - casio's class is permanent.
P.S. The view here at their service centre is also awesome, with comfortable "banquet benches" to recline on. Managed to get some work done while waiting. If your watch happens to take longer tender loving care and repair, it's a perfect place to rest or work remotely.
