I don't come from a business background, so when I first started my company back in 2016, I didn't understand the importance of getting proper Corp Sec & Accounting done other than simply getting the company set up and recording financials in a simple excel sheet. So I went with the cheapest option I could find online just to save money.
As with running any company, it came to a point down the road that our business financials were clearly no longer accurate & we have no idea how all the paperwork should be done properly. It was stressful because it is not what we are trained to do, plus we had to continue running every other aspect of the business.
