After giving the scooty amount to showroom the service center team members including their manager said that why you purchase this ????
They say we are here just to take our salary on time.
They say take 3 to 4 photo of your scooty so that you don't blame them for any damages or missing part because they don't believe there team members and they don't even have faith on their cameras...
And one more important thing they run a electric scooter service center but they don't have a single domestic/ home charger of scooty, they say we are not here to charge or check you battery even it may down while the scooty is with them for last 20 days for any claim or any type of damage in it.
They simply say take your scooty to any power charger by your own or you can bring your charger from you home any charge it there by sitting 5 to 6 hour in there service center.
And if you take any insurance claim from they service center then first of all you forget your scooty for at least 15 to 20 day minimum and after completion of claim your get your scooty as it is they even don't wash it bcoz you drop your scooty there for claim not for washing.
They say those companies who how wash your vehicle while come for any claim are stupid.
Any when even you book any online appointment for there service center if your get time of 9am as per there online telecaller said then you found no is there till 10am.
There executive say that telecaller don't know the center opening time.
And they don't have spare part store in there service center and if you need any part then your have to come again for it or leave your vehicle for the same to service center for minimum 4 to 5 days
