I recently visited the Ather Service Station at Nangli Sakrawati, Dwarka, for my scooter's paid service (Reg. No. DL 9EV 0159). Overall, my experience was positive. The staff was courteous, and the technicians were knowledgeable and skilled. They handled the service well, ensuring quality work.
However, I noticed that the service center was overcrowded, with many scooters waiting for service. Due to this, I had to spend around 3.5 hours for my scooter's servicing. To enhance customer satisfaction and reduce wait times, I strongly recommend increasing the service staff. This will help manage time better and ensure a smoother service experience.
Despite the wait, the overall service was good, and I appreciate the team's efforts. Looking forward to an even better experience next time with improved time management.
