Scheduled a DHL Express delivery for 26th November 2023 between 3.15 pm and 5.15 pm.

Delivery person arrives at 4.27 pm. Rings the doorbell once. Leaves. No pre-call. No attempts to contact me to clarify. Nothing. There is no way for me to call them to come back despite it being 4.28 pm - despite it being a minute after they rang the doorbell.

I call the DHL Express hotline. It's closed on a Sunday. I contact their online customer service. Nothing can be done. The driver can only be called back the following day despite being less than 10 minutes away because I wasn't waiting like an expectant puppy for a service I supposedly paid a premium for.
