Worst service we have ever seen. Our company's internet connection is not working since last three days and whenever we call them they just make excuses. How can we work without internet? This is very bad. There should be 0 stars for this company.

Worst service ever, I have been trying to contact their customer support team for a network related issue. Without fixing the problem they are just closing the tickets. Worst behaviour of their customer support team. I'm unable to call a few landline numbers from my prepaid mobile number. Nobody is addressing my issue. Even tried to visit their office and raised complaints but no response.

Very bad service, since 3+ months my normal basic call hasn’t been working and every time I call the customer care, I am told they’ll fix it in 24hrs however there is no improvement of any sort. All this after paying a hefty monthly subscription postpaid plan.

I’ve been facing a complete broadband outage from Airtel for the last 5 days, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I tried registering a complaint through the Airtel Thanks app, but it didn’t work. I also contacted their customer support multiple times, and each time they gave a different timeline for the issue to be resolved — none of which were met.

This kind of poor service and lack of clear communication is unacceptable. I’m planning to switch to another broadband provider and will also encourage my friends, family, and neighbors to do the same. Airtel seriously needs to improve its customer support and reliability.
