No existent service, took forever to answer inquiry, My problem is not resolved and the way to get the refund was unclear. The sales did not do his job right and did not inform me of the correct way to process the free tax form.

somehow unable to find the customer service hotline number on their website. keep directing us to submit written inquiry. the number displayed on Google Global Blue is not reachable forever..

Global Blue is a scammer,I have got custom stamp and they didn't refund my tax via credit card.! People dont trust this company, get cash refund!
