Late last year, I found myself in a tough situation while trying to purchase vested ESOPs from a company I'd just quit from. New regulations meant that my bank did not seem to understand my situation and kept trying to get me to declare it as a ODI when it was an OPI. A friend recommended I consult with Galactic Advisors.
