I had a very pleasant experience with the staff who helped me at Counter 1 today (at around 1.15pm afternoon). It was my first time sending mail so I took quite long and needed him to explain each step to me, but he was very patient and friendly, and would wait for me to catch up before moving onto the next step. I am very grateful to have been served by him!
