I gave a 3-star cos 1st impression counts.

I opted to collect to my passport here. Arrived about 11.15am.

When I entered, I went straight to collect my Q-tix. The lady staff on duty was occupied with another customer. I went ahead to help myself and when the Q number was reflected on the screen, I was expecting a paper Q number. The staff immediately said “Sent to you phone!” quite curtly if I may add. I turned to her and greeted her ‘Good Morning’ instead of the other way around!! 😆

I checked my phone and no message was received. Well, good thing I remembered the Q number and when it was my turn, I was served by a polite and courteous elderly gentleman at Counter 4.

On a separate grading, I would hv given him a 5-Star.

It wasnt very busy at that time, she could have checked that I did receive message instead of going back to her phone; this staff seemed more preoccupied with her phone.
