I had a pleasant experience with the Malay staff member at Counter 3 around 12pm on 16 June 2025. It was my first time sending a parcel and I wasn’t familiar with the online system but she was patient and friendly and guided me through each step. She was also the only one who greeted me with a smile which I truly appreciated.

When I arrived, no one approached me or offered assistance so I worked out for myself that I needed to take a queue number online. While that part could be improved, I’m grateful for the kind and professional service I received when it was my turn.

Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name but please pass on my thanks and keep up the good work!
