This safra might be one of the oldest looking one around even though it may have been revamped once long ago. This club is sport centric with a big football field. Other amenities are standard size swimming pool, badminton courts, tablebpool, squash courts, tennis courts, bowling alleys, etc.

It is not very crowded most of the time as compared to other branches. It has Kek seafood restaurant and Springleaf prata as probably the key anchors for food. There are a few other smaller eateries including Sarpinos, 929 Snow dessert and a healthy food cafe known as renew.

There is also a ktv pub restaurant known as 7th heaven.

I have had some unpleasant experience with Springleaf before over member discount and e Voucher. My subsequent queries to tmsafra email was also not attended until I rechecked about six months later. That was probably in 2022. The same member discount and e vouchers issues continued to happen throughout all the clubs in 2024 as recent as the NDP. I will not go into details on this but it was always a sore point.

I dealt with admin and counter staff here and they are generally friendly and helpful. Two male chineses and one Indian lady. In particular there was this Jimmy Sia who was very nice to talk to.

In pre covid days there were a couple of senior Chinese ladies I encountered. They were not customer oriented. You stood in front of them at the counter they would continue to ignore you unless you got their attention. Luckily I didn't see them anymore.

The club also organised live football screening and has air-conditioning.

It has also good seating areas in the lobby with a giant ceiling fans.
