I had asked my ASM Yatendra ji to close the VIP plan 1 month ago when he was in the company, he had said that it has been closed but again on 27/08/2024 my money was deducted by Rs 590/- for this plan. Has gone,
Right now, since my ASM Yatendra ji is not in the company, I informed this to Dheeraj ji (Cluster Head) on call,On which it was told that it was my fault that I did not close the plan myself, hence the money will not be refunded.
After confirmation from ASM that the plan has been discontinued, I was sure that the money will not be deducted now.So where is my fault in this? If it is your team member's fault then why should I pay for it?
So please cancel the plan and refund my Rs 590, I do not need this plan.
