We've had the worst experience with this accounting firm in our 18 years of operations in Singapore. They were mostly unresponsive to our requests and rude to our administrative staff. When it was time to transfer our services to our new corporate secretary, our requests given ahead of time, were not met with a single response. We had to persistently chase them only to be told the director had gone on temporary leave (we found out later he was still very much around). So to cut a long story short, threatening to stop work on services that we had already paid for, sending us invoices for services that we had given notice to terminate, and making it difficult for us to organize a proper handover to our next accountants. I don't ordinarily complain when it comes to bad services but find it necessary to warn against thuggish practices that puts small companies into risks and inconveniences. We have definitely lodged a complaint against them with ACRA.
