Has been really really bad, I opted for assisted service and paid the fees on Feb 9th, Been following up for over a month and 1 of my issue has finally been closed today, the other 2 are still pending
Additionally it is extremely difficult to connect with them, most of the communication channels (email, what's app) rarely work
Will surely not use in the future after these 2 cases are closed (hope they are)

2 of my 3 cases hv been closed by today
Hv been committed a resolution, 9n the 3rd, am updating this review to a 3* for now
