Extremely disappointing experience at Xiaomi service centre. Staff are so unprofessional, manipulative, unclear and so are its services.

Worst experience.. Can't even repair a phone. If you give them your phone to repair, they will give it back to you by damaging more and what's better about them is that they don't even accept that.

Worst experience with this service centre extremely disappointed with my #RedmiNote13 5G experience! 🚨

Bought it and within days the gyroscope stopped working. Visited the MI Service Center in only got a factory reset. 📱

After 15 days, more issues appeared:

Gyroscope not working
Phone hangs during calls
Ringtone not working
Video playback issues
Apps crashing constantly

Repeated visits to the service center led to more factory resets but no real solution. Even suggested that having 4 Gmail accounts caused the issues! 🤦‍♂️

Waited for the promised Dec 10th software update—NO IMPROVEMENT. Service reps advised more factory resets, but nothing worked.

Submitted my phone and got it back device was bent! Submitted it again, received it with a broken back panel. Service center refused to help.

@XiaomiIndia @RedmiIndia, is this how you treat your customers? This has been an absolute nightmare. I need urgent resolution!
