FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD.
Recently I was in desperate situation where I needed to get my adhaar updated, I couldn't get an appointment in a government adhaar enrollment centre so I reached out to this shaheen documentation centre, they promised me the work will be done, I paid an amount of 350 only for it to be a fraud. The man sitting at the table gave me a false reciept with no urn number. He kept telling me it will be updated in 2-3 days but it didn't. I reached out to customer care and they said the reciept was false. I got the reciept checked by goverment affiliated centres and they said the same thing. When I confronted this man he was scared, started to stutter and make excuses and spoke complete nonsense. Putting my experience out there so anyone else don't fall for this frauder. Please be aware. Whatever reciept you are given, ask for an urn number not an srn number. If they show your request to be pending don't believe because after a few hours of sending the request, you receive a message in your number that your request has been recieved but I didn't recieve any message when this frauder tried to scam me.

Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Service

I went to this Aadhaar center to update my details and clearly asked the staff to update my email ID along with everything else. I reminded him multiple times, but he ignored my request and manipulated me into believing that there's no use of email ID.

Later I found out that my email ID wasn't updated. Now when I asked him to fix it, he is asking for more money, even though I already paid ₹350 earlier. This is pure cheating and highly unprofessional. These kinds of people misuse the system and take advantage of innocent people.

So, Avoid this place if you want honest and responsible service.
