Very bad service. Will make you wait 1hr after taking payment. Send other people even when its your number. Rude staff. Went for chest HRCTC scan. Very rude staff especially the reception people. Not all recommended.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST. STAFF KEPT ME WAITING FOR 2 HOURS FOR A SIMPLE ULTRASOUND BECAUSE THE RECEPTIONIST (SHABNAM) COULDN'T REMEMBER TO NOTE DOWN NAMES.
ON TOP OF EVERYTHING WHEN ASKED, WHY AM THE LAST PERSON ON THE LIST DESPITE BEING THERE 2 HOURS EARLY AND OTHER PEOPLE HAVING GONE BEFORE ME WHO ARRIVED LATER... THE RECEPTIONIST BLATANTLY SAYS- I DONT KNOW WHY YOU ARE LAST. BUT YOU ARE.

Very pathetic service....so slow that they will make u wait for half an hour even when there is no patient...lack of coordination and staff competency

Lady who is calling out names from sonography room ,who also happens to sit at the reception some times is very rude. Herself using active Bluetooth headphones around her neck(blue colour) and asking people from waiting room not to use phone because of scanning in process. That too in very rude tone. ( while Their own staff was continuously using phone to make calls)
