Very Poor Experience, Would Not Recommend.
I had a very disappointing experience with LegalDocs. It’s been over a month since I made the payment, and I still haven’t received my GST number. I had opted for multiple services, and while the first one was delivered, everything else has been delayed without proper updates.
My point of contact doesn’t answer calls, and communication is extremely poor. I had also paid for the Gumasta license, which was completely forgotten until I followed up. Even then, I was asked to fill a different form that was never mentioned earlier.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend LegalDocs based on my experience.
