Scammer every where here! Recently we order few item like casement ac, water heater, sofa, then kena SCAM! Lazada promises 15 days refund policy, when requested, rejected! 1 case refunded then changed to 6 months installments. Charge again! Very disappointed with LAZADA. Out new house waiting for all important thing, no ac so hot cannot sleep well, end up out health more expanse then the $ was scam! Pls refund my $$$. Will attach the photo what we received, is a joke! Aircon-receive snake key chain; heater-received sticker; sofa-received a piece of wood! Pls refund my $! Pls let us know how u going to refund us, we going to report to police as well. Our waiting time is more expensive then what been scam!
