Had a really poor experience at their Lab in Sector 18 Noida. The staff is super unhelpful & non responsive.
We came here to collect our report which couldn’t be arranged online - first the staff told us they need lab id without which they can’t share the report & sent us back.
We came back again with lab id & Om Prakash who was on the main desk told us to come again or wait for 1-2 hours because they had no staff. The lab had no
Staff on a working weekday!!! We tried reaching out to customer support even they’re of no help.

EVEN MY GYNAECOLOGIST ASKED ME NOT TO GET TESTS DONE FROM HERE!!
