I went there to replace my PSU(in warranty), they asked me, bill of purchase and they checked the PSU and scanned it. After 10 minutes they gave me a new PSU.
Impressed with their services.
Although the place is not up to the mark, but service is.

I had a PSU from corsair which was dead it was still under warranty,the kaizen info staff got it replaced in under 10 min I have received a new 550v PSU . I'm very happy with the service from kaizen and Corsair for the under warranty product.

Great service! Got my replacement Corsair CX450 within 20 minutes. The service provider was polite and quick. They provide RMA service for many brands. Some other people also came in SSDs, GPUs and were provided with respective services.
Just remember to bring the hardware in original packing (not necessary, but better to have it) along with a copy of the original bill (absolutely necessary).
The centre is in the 2nd floor and is quite small, but it is to be expected given the old building design.
Just walking distance from Grant Station (500m). The stairway is just behind the bus station.

Pls carry original invoice.
Both executives are very Decent , knowledgeable and helpful.
I am impressed with the service provided, but I was surprised by the infrastructure.
The visitor area lacked basic amenities like a functional fan, despite being a renowned brand and service provider.

Attending to such details would further enhance their already exceptional service, making them deserving of 15-star ratings.

I wish them continued success.
