Purchased a 'Digital Signature Token' (thumb/pen drive) from Mr. Jitender of M/s. Jeet Associates, via 'Amazon'.
Mr. Jitender had shared his visiting card in the package that I received from 'Amazon'. It had certain helpful information penned down on its rear side. I contacted Mr. Jitender on the phone no. mentioned therein, for setting up my Digital Signature Certificate to be put on my pdf documents.
Mr. Jitender was extremely forthcoming, patient, cordial, and informative throughout our call which lasted for around 1.5 hours due to certain technical issue at my end.
The DSC setting up-process, being completely alien to me, could've been an overwhelmingly daunting challenge had it not been for the telephonic guidance by Mr. Jitneder.
Mr. Jitender not only helped me in getting myself registered with and authenticated by a Govt. recognized Certifying Authority ("CA"), but also took the CA's customer service executive on a conference-call and ensured that my technical issue was resolved .
Mr. Jitender spent over 90 mins on my issue and ensured that I was able to successfully put my digital signature certificate on my PDF documents.
...and all this time and assistance was for FREE, at no extra cost! All I had to do was use his Referral-Code while signing up/subscribing to the CA's DSC services.
