Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent service complaint related to the POS machine installed at my premises. I, Janardan Lohumi, had registered a complaint for a malfunction in the POS machine (Defective since 4 months,) but to my disappointment, the assigned engineer closed the complaint without visiting the defect location.
Furthermore, the engineer falsely submitted a report stating that the issue was resolved, which is not true. The problem still persists, and no technician has visited the site or carried out any checks or repairs.
This kind of negligence and false reporting is highly unprofessional and affects our business operations. I kindly request you to take immediate action on this matter, assign a responsible engineer to visit the location, and ensure the defect is properly attended to and resolved.
