I had a deeply disappointing experience with EduCareerSG. The service and communication fell far below my expectations. I was promised clear guidance and proper support, but instead encountered vague instructions, poor follow-up, and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.
I do not feel that they delivered on what they advertised.
