My review is specific to the online form and telephone hotline. 1: Wrote into online form and got no response. 2: Telephone line is the type now prefered by government and big companies, alot of automated talking about useless things and have to wait for 6 min to connect to a person to talk about what is relevant in a 4 minute call. So while I do understand there should be many people calling for fun (instead of reading online info.), and the authority hopes to save their time and man hours and waste time of those calling to discourage them, there are also cases where the information is not listed online, so there is a need to call. So probably try to keep the talking about irrelevant stuff to at max 2 minutes, so that can get through quicker.
