Even though I just found them through a Google search my experience creating and registering a rental agreement was very smooth with them. Right from the initial discussion with Swara, found her to be transparent and very customer friendly. Very comprehensive, clear, fast and efficient end-end process followed including biometrics (remote for all parties including one abroad!).
